Nursing / Nurses are NOT JUST RNs

THE LP/VN, CNA, CAREGIVER AND ALL PROFESSIONS - IN THEMSELVES...

Become Part of the Future of Practical and Vocational Nursing and other Health Care Professions

CES and I want you to know –
“THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE PROFESSION OF PRACTICAL - VOCATIONAL - CNA NURSING, CARE GIVING WILL COME THROUGH ADVANCED EDUCATION CERTIFICATIONS”.

WE WILL SHOW YOU - The ANA - ANCC and the NCSBN are not representing you in your professions. Most ostracize and segregate you in these professions.

THEY WILL NOT OFFER YOU ANYTHING TO ADVANCE YOUR CAREER AND YOU CANNOT TAKE ANY OF THEIR CERTIFICATIONS (YOU NEED ADVANCED EDUCATION THROUGH CERTIFICATIONS)...

Practical Nurses - Vocational Nurses - Certified Nursing Assistants - Care Givers and many other Healthcare Professions HAVE to get Representation. Your advancement, retention and JOBS are safer with "NUMBERS" as members in our representative organization.
“EDUCATION IS THE MOST POWERFUL WEAPON WHICH YOU CAN USE TO CHANGE THE WORLD”

Mission Statement Adopted by Delegate Assembly 2010

History of the NCSBN

Founded in 1978 as an independent, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization,

NCSBN can trace its roots to the American Nurses Association (ANA) Council on State Boards of Nursing.

Let’s take a look at the American Nurses Association (ANA)

Primary mission- Is ONLY FOR Registered Nurses (RNs)

The American Nurses Association is a professional organization representing registered nurses (RNs) in the United States through its 54 constituent member associations. The ANA is involved in establishing standards of nursing practice, promoting the rights of nurses in the workplace, advancing the economic and general welfare of nurses.

The ANA also has subsidiary organizations: The American Nurses Credentialing Center, which credentials nurses in their specialty and credentials facilities that exhibit nursing excellence.

The ANA speaks about Nurses and as the representative of “Nurses” but what they really mean to say is ONLY RNs – NO LPN, LVN, CNA or Caregivers. No one is represented except Registered Nurses. RNs are not ALL Nurses and by no means all of nursing care.

The ANCC –
This is from the ANCC web site - ANCC is the world's largest and most prestigious nurse credentialing organization, and a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association (ANA).
AGAIN – The ANCC is NOT "Nurse Credentialing" The ANCC is ONLY for RNs. AND AGAIN – the RN is NOT the complete workforce for Nursing as well as Healthcare.

THIS IS AN ISSUE and dare say a PROBLEM.
